I was able to see my 2 favorite college basketball teams (Stanford & North Carolina) friday night at the Pete Newell Challenge.North Carolina lost to my wife’s school Santa Clara 66-77the Stanford Cardinal needed overtime to beat USF 93-83.

I would agree this is a pretty good list.

There is nothing like tailgating on Sunday with some hot dogs on the grill and a cold beer in the hand. My sister was lucky enough to get some tickets to the game so we did just that.A couple questionable calls but really the niners are just a bad team this year.

For the second time this week, I was able sit at floor seats at a Warriors game. Thanks to my lovely wife.At the half, Fisher took it to the rack and no foul was called. I yelled at the ref that he was fouled and he turned and looked at me in amazement. He said, “no way, all ball”.Unfortunately they lost again, 94-86.

I went to the warriors season opener last night. My sister was lucky enough to get floor seats. It was awesome being so close to the action.
I am going Saturday and sitting on the floor again with my wife. I have never sat that close in my life and now 2 times this week I will be sitting with my feet on the court.
